Dojo: A beautiful place

Bit by bit, our space for the jiu-jitsu classes has been becoming a place of recreation and development.

Some, taking jiu-jitsu really seriously, are growing in skill as they practice the sport; others, taking part in moments of arts, crafts, reading and conversations, have had the opportunity to develop other abilities.

The best thing is seeing just how much the children and teenagers are getting out of the activities and space offered to them.

The new space, the result of renovations funded by Cargill, is really lovely and the children enjoy spending time there with us.

Considering the fact that the majority of the children live in precarious housing with a certain level of insalubrity, an attractive and clean space brings a breath of fresh air to their lives and contributes to their development as a whole.

This is what motivates us, offering our children a place for learning, life and development.

A beautiful place!
